Position:Maintenance Tech

Location:Clearwater, FL

Pay: $22/hour to $23/hour (Depending on experience)

Experience:1 year of maintenance or related experience is required.

Type: Full-time; Temporary

Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Job Description:

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Clean and maintain communal areas.
Perform ad hoc painting, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
Address and resolve tenants maintenance-related questions and complaints as they arise.
Inspect buildings to identify maintenance needs or potential hazards.
Repair aesthetic damage following tenant move-outs.
Maintain and track maintenance inventory.
Schedule and oversee necessary repairs.

Position Requirements:

1 year of maintenance or related experience is required.
Possess a strong work ethic to meet both individual and team goals.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Must have reliable transportation.
